Incitec Pivot Limited (ASX:IPL) today announced that Tanya Rybarczyk, has been appointed to the role of President Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific (DNAP), following a comprehensive search process. Tanya will assume the role effective 3 February 2025.
Tanya joins DNAP after a twenty-year career at Wesfarmers where she held various senior executive roles.
IPL Chief Executive Officer, Mauro Neves, welcomed Ms. Rybarczyk to the Incitec Pivot Limited executive team.

We are confident that Tanya is the right person to lead our Dyno Nobel growth strategy across Asia Pacific. She brings a depth of experience across a range of relevant industries including energy, fertilisers, chemicals, retail, transport, mining and resources.”

On 1 October, previous Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific President, Greg Hayne commenced a new role as Dyno Nobel Americas President based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Until Ms. Rybarczyk commences her new role in February, Deon Louw will act as Interim President of DNAP.
A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Western Australia, Tanya is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Insead Advanced Management Program graduate. Tanya sits on the board of Gas Energy Australia and the West Australian Ballet.
